PRODUCT PROPERTIES / WASH CARE / SIZING

Our products undergo meticulous handmade processes, resulting in unique variations in color, finish, and overall appearance. Please acknowledge that the colors displayed on our website may vary depending on your monitor's accuracy.

Wash care instructions are provided under each product description on our website and must be followed diligently. Avoid spraying deodorant, mist, or perfume directly on the dress, especially for Gold & Silver Prints.

Each garment is draped and fitted differently, depending on the cut, fabric, and styling. Refer to our Sizing guide to make informed decisions based on your body size.

We source premium fabrics handpicked by our team for all our garments. Our prints are Hand-Blocked Printed, and slight variations may occur in each batch. While we strive to represent our products accurately in photographs, there may be marginal color variations from the actual product due to various factors.

For most of our products, we use an "all-over print" design, and the positioning of artwork may differ from the displayed picture. Slight differences in color from the visible product image are possible, as cameras or computer monitors may not perfectly match the human eye's perspective.

Our products are hand block printed and vegetable dyed, resulting in slight irregularities in the motif and colors—a hallmark of handcrafted products.

The fabric is dyed using natural, vegetable dyes, which may rub dry or bleed color upon initial contact with water. Gad, Reich, and Datta Blocks leave distinct marks on the fabric, adding to its authenticity.

Washing Care:

Handwash lightly with mild detergent. Do not soak cotton dresses or wash with other garments. Dry inside out in shade. Dry cleaning is ideal, but hand washing also works.

To prolong the life of your cotton clothes, wash them by hand. Do not use a washing machine or dryer.

Expect moderate shrinkage, as our cotton garments are either handloom woven or hand-block printed.

Exercise caution when applying fragrances to handmade clothes, as they may remove print or stain. Spray lightly into the air and walk into the mist to avoid direct contact.

Certain fabrics may shed excess color. In such cases, dry clean the garments or wash them carefully by hand. Sort clothes color-wise and wash similar-colored garments together.

Soak garments in a bucket of cold water with mild detergent for five minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

A final dip in a diluted solution of liquid starch will provide a crisp finish. Hang garments out to dry in the evenings or shade, and store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Silk And Silk Blends:

Dry clean silk and silk-blend fabrics only. Store them carefully in cloth covers with scented sachets.
