Refund & Return Policy – Tanviya.com

At Tanviya.com, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer returns or exchanges under specific conditions, ensuring fairness for both customers and our business.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • We offer a 14-day return/exchange/Damage/Replacement window from the date of delivery — in line with Google Merchant Center guidelines.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

    • Once We recieved the request for return/exchange/Damage/Replacement we will delivered the product in 7-8 days.
    • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • For size/design exchange (non-defective products), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


🚚 Return Shipping / Reverse Pickup

  • Defective / Damaged / Incorrect items: We will arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • Voluntary exchanges (e.g. size, color change):

    • Customers must bear return shipping costs.

    • Alternatively, we can arrange reverse pickup at a charge of ₹150 per item, plus ₹100 forward shipping.

  • Return shipments must be packed securely. Use a trackable courier service if shipping yourself. We are not responsible for lost return packages.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed:

    • Refund will be credited in 7-10 business days.
    • If we are unable to provide a replacement/exchange due to stock unavailability.

    • If the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect and return conditions are met.

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit (as per customer’s preference).

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.


When Returns / Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  • If the return/exchange request is made after 14 days of delivery.

  • If the product is used, washed, altered, damaged, or missing tags/packaging.

  • For minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Items bought during sale or with discount codes, gift vouchers are non-returnable unless defective/damaged.

  • Multiple exchanges on the same order will not be entertained.


📌 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at adishwarenterprises11@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photo(s) of the product showing the issue

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

  • 📌 Shipping policy

  • Order will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

Our policy ensures genuine issues are addressed while discouraging misuse (e.g. using and returning products). We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
