Overview At Tanviya.com, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As per our company policy, we provide exchange or replacement for products once sold, subject to the conditions mentioned below.


Exchange & Return Eligibility

  1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at adishwarenterprises11@gmail.com with your order details and a clear image of the product.

  2. Exchange is available for products of equal or higher value. If you wish to exchange for a higher value product, you will be required to pay the difference.

  3. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.

  4. Exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  5. Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  6. Items purchased under sale, discount, coupon codes, or gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.


Shipping & Reverse Pickup

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: We provide a free reverse pickup service if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Other Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the product for another design or size, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • For website order exchange requests, a Rs. 150 charge for pickup and Rs. 100 for forward shipping per product applies.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Refunds

  1. Refunds are not applicable except in cases where an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of stock.

  2. If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  3. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

  4. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

  5. In case of late or missing refunds, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


Conditions Where Return/Exchange is Not Accepted

  1. If the return/exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  2. If the product is used, washed, altered, or damaged.

  3. If the product is missing its original packaging, labels, or tags.

  4. Minor color variations due to lighting effects or screen resolution differences.


How to Initiate an Exchange/Return?

  1. Email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving the product with your order details and issue description.

  2. Our team will acknowledge your request and arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely, mentioning your Name, Address, Contact Number, Email, and Order ID on the parcel.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund as per policy.
