Exchange & Return Eligibility

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at adishwarenterprises11@gmail.com with your order details and a clear image of the product.

Exchange is available for products of equal or higher value. If you wish to exchange for a higher value product, you will be required to pay the difference.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Items purchased under sale, discount, coupon codes, or gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Shipping & Reverse Pickup

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: We provide a free reverse pickup service if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Other Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the product for another design or size, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

For website order exchange requests, a Rs. 150 charge for pickup and Rs. 100 for forward shipping per product applies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds

Refunds are not applicable except in cases where an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of stock.

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Conditions Where Return/Exchange is Not Accepted
