Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy page for complete details.

Q6. Are the products authentic and hand-crafted?
Yes, all our products are authentic and many are handcrafted using traditional techniques like hand block printing, Kalamkari, Ajrakh, etc.

Q7. Why is there a slight variation in color or print?
Color variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and handmade nature of printing. These irregularities are natural and part of the charm of handmade products.

Q8. What are the care instructions?
For most sarees, we recommend dry cleaning. For cotton sarees, gentle hand wash separately in cold water is preferred. Avoid soaking and dry in shade.

Q9. Is blouse piece included?
Yes, most sarees come with an unstitched blouse piece unless mentioned otherwise in the product description.

Q10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order before it is shipped. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately for any changes.
